Contract + Commercial Surety Bonds Have More Fun!
|
This workshop is more than just CE credit. If you're new to surety bonds, it's about expanding your program of services and increasing your value to customers and prospects. If you have some experience with surety bonds, it'll be a refresher on not only the added value you bring to the table, but reinforcing surety as a revenue stream for your agency.
|
Key Takeaways
- Contract surety bonds: all aspects of issuing a contract surety bond, from what you need prior to bidding a project to what happens if a claim is filed, and how you make money with contract bonds
- Commercial surety bonds: you’ll learn the five types of bonds, how they work, who needs them, the beauty of renewals and possible niche opportunities
- Understanding the importance of surety bonds to your client's livelihood. Government construction contracts are opportunities for your clients, but they require a surety bond — as do federal, state and local municipalities in order to open most businesses.
